Will took his first steps!

It finally happened and we have no video and no pictures because we still have no camera, but that is another issue.

On Thursday Will took 2 steps walking between Mike and I. He did it again later that night and again the next day during physical therapy. I've decided we might be safe with our goal of walking by 2! I was beginning to think it might never happen. We are so very excited and sure that this little guy is really going to take off once he gets over his fear of trying. Will's therapist thinks that William may be strong enough to walk, he just needs some time for his brain to realize that he can do it and also to gain some understanding of "where" his body is. One of William's issues is trying to understand his body in space. It is the hardest aspect of his therapy.

Ian is also doing well. He shares every thought in his head and 90% of them include construction vehicles. Right now his entire bedroom is a "construction sike" which means a pile of train tracks and blocks that he pushes around with a dump truck.

The boys went to have their pictures taken today. It wasn't a resounding success, but they did capture some personality.
