The boys' first days of school!

Ian is loving school. After a short bout with nerves, he is now very excited every night when we pick out school clothes and talk about the next morning. His teachers are Mrs. Tadman and Mrs. Sutherland. So far they seem fabulous. Mrs. Tadman has been teaching preschool for over 25 years and obviously loves her job. I have been very impressed.

On our way...

Playing with all the boys. There are a lot!

William's classes are also incredibly impressive. He is in a class that is half special needs kids and half kids without special needs (they are a bit older and there to model behavior). His class has a teacher, an occupational therapist and a speech therapist as well as two helpers. The special needs kids get tons of one on one and the whole program is pretty fantastic. It is amazing what those teachers can get such young kids to do. It is so funny to see little Will sitting at a table at snack time using a real cup the right way. I often forget that Will is almost two and a half. His language is picking up on a daily basis so soon he will be reminding me himself.

I think its going to be a great, but busy, Fall. I'm so excited for the boys to be experiencing something new and hopefully making lots of new friends. As for Laney, I'm hoping that she likes the car seat! :) :)
